The project allows homeowners to first purchase their land and then build their homes within a specified period. Each home is designed to be produced in as little as two weeks upon request. A total of 72 homes, designed using the Geon Lightframe Structural System, can be constructed quickly and efficiently thanks to the system’s lightweight nature and high load-bearing capacity. The columns are designed to remain within the walls, optimizing the use of net space. Unlike conventional light steel and modular systems, the use of reinforced concrete flooring provides additional advantages in terms of earthquake and fire safety.

In the project, while homes are built in accordance with the developer’s quality and comfort standards, keeping costs low is also a primary goal. Thanks to the Geon Lightframe system, both fast production is achieved and costs are minimized.
